Never Give Up!

Relentless is a good word for describing something harsh, unforgiving, uncompromising, determined, dogged, and persistent, like the hot sun in the desert. Hard work is a great deal of effort or endurance. Coining the two words together relentless hard work is a great deal of effort that is persistent. You pushing through.

The Jamaican sprinter
Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt was tagged "the fastest man alive" after winning three gold medals at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China, and becoming the first man in Olympic history to win both the 100- and 200-meter races in record times. Despite a recurring hamstring injury, Bolt was included in the Jamaican Olympic squad for the 2004 Athens Olympics. He was eliminated in the first round of the 200 meters, though, again hampered by injury. Bolt reached the world Top 5 rankings in 2005 and 2006. Unfortunately, injuries continued to plague the 6'5" sprinter, preventing him from completing a full professional season.

The Breakthrough
In 2007, Bolt broke the national 200-meter record held for over 30 years by Donald Quarrie and earned two silver medals at the World Championships in Osaka, Japan. These medals boosted Bolt's desire to run, and he took a more serious stance toward his career
Bolt also won three Olympic gold medals at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, along the way notching an Olympic-record time of 9.63 seconds in the 100 meters, making him the first man in history to set three world records in Olympic competition.

Setting Records Straight
He made history again at the 2016 Summer Games in Rio with gold medals in the 100- and 200-meter races and 4x100-meter relay; the wins gave him a "triple-triple" — three golds over three consecutive Olympics — though he later was stripped of one of the relay golds because of a teammate's doping violation.
At the Berlin 2009 World Championships, Bolt set a world record time of 9.58 seconds for the 100m race, notching a top speed of 27.8 miles per hour (44.72 kilometers per hour) between meters 60 and 80, with an average speed of 23.5 mph.

Words of the Record breaker
He said and I quote "This is why I came here, to the Olympics, to prove to the world that I’m the best — again,” he told reporters at a news conference. “It always feels good to go out on top, you know what I mean?”

Hard work plus motivation
Hard work is the decision you take toward your goal, the effort you put, the sacrifices, the training, endurance, the sweats so that your vision can come to reality.
Motivation is what sets hard work in motion. When working hard, it's important to identify what is driving you that will make your effort worth it. when you give yourself to learning or do something new, and learn how to fail in the process it will all pay in the long run. Facing a challenging situation helps you get comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Quotes from some world leaders and authors

Winston Churchill opined that Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.”
There are many ways of going forward, but only one way of standing still.”(Franklin D. Roosevelt)
Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell and got back up again.”(Nelson Mandela)
Whatever your life’s work is, do it well. A man should do his job so well that the living, the dead, and the unborn could do it no better.”(Martin Luther King)
"Avoid mistaking makes big ones more severe" (Nassim Taleb)
Ronan Kennedy wrote in one of his books ( the value of relentless hard work) that dreams are great, keep having them and following them. Wishing you achieve them won't make them come true, grit, persistence, and hard work will improve your chances.

Conclusion
You have to get out of your comfort zone most time in reaching your set goals for yourself. Nobody wants to be a failure, it is your persistent hard work that makes the difference and keeps our step a bit higher each day. Stop praising yourself for the negativity of NO instead say I can do it.
That spirit is what you need, the never give up spirit, not until you achieve your aim, till your dream comes true.
No one says it's going to be easy, else the top will be crowded.
